Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a replacement or full refund only if the item has arrived damaged or has a factory defect. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled up until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours so that we can make any adjustments before your order is processed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
After we receive your returned items(s) and we have inspected the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least seven 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, or your PayPal account and also depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 Business days not including 2-7 day processing).
Your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturers defect you receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in original packaging). Use our Contact Us page to request a return address.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Us page.
Returns
Please Note:
All items bought in the sale, are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
All products being returned, must be in their original packaging and original condition the product arrived in unless arrived damaged.
Customers MUST email a minimum of 5 photos clearly showing any damage or defects and a photo of the packaged item clearly showing the return address before posting.
Customers must also provide photographic evidence of any damaged packaging separately and next to the damaged or defective product.
Customers must also get a proof of postage certificate or equivalent and email a copy of the certificate to support@myvoguebox.com
